The IEEE International Conference on Communications, Control, and Computing Technologies for Smart Grids is one the premier annual events of IEEE in the field of smart power grids engineering bringing together researchers, academics, industry and government. SmartGridComm will be held in Glasgow, home of four Scottish Universities. SmartGridComm 2023 will include technical sessions, workshops, tutorials, special sessions, and business and technology panels. You are invited to submit papers, and proposals for tutorials, workshops, and panel sessions in all areas of smart grids engineering, education, services, and applications. The submissions of technical papers (6-page 2-Column IEEE Style) should be made on EDAS in the following four tracks:
